Emily Peake Mauck is a Huntsville, Alabama native and an associate attorney in Lloyd & Hogan, P.C.’s Domestic Relations practice group. Emily graduated from Auburn University and received her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham. Prior to working at Lloyd & Hogan, she was the judicial clerk for the Honorable D. Alan Mann, the Presiding Judge in Madison County, and began her domestic relations practice in Huntsville. Emily represents clients in divorces, child custody and support modifications, alimony modifications, and contempt cases. While focusing the majority of her practice on family law, Emily also devotes part of her practice to appellate work. She has written and worked on numerous briefs to the appellate courts in Alabama.
Recognizing that issues in family law are often emotionally-charged and filled with tension, Emily has a desire to walk her clients through their difficult times with as much care and compassion as possible.
Emily has been active in the Young Lawyers Section of her local bar association and is involved in the Family Law Section of the State Bar. She enjoys spending time outside on the weekends with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Waylon.
